About Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow pace approach to yoga asana, allowing for mindfulness of body and breath to be fully integrated into the pose.
Meridian system is a path through which the life-energy known as qi flows.
In this workshop we will explore the psyche in Traditional Chinese Medicine through Yin Yoga practice. Theory covers brief introduction to Yin Yoga and concepts of meridians (five elements) and the five spirits. Practice include Pranayama, Yin Yoga asana and meditation. This workshop is suitable for all level.
Siska Marsudhy is a home teacher at Kalyana. Her practice and teaching pivot around meditation and self awareness. She is trained in Classic Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
