In this workshop, we will practice Yin Yoga and Meditation, lead by Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier and then share with you the concept of Kleshas as described in the Yoga Sutra Pattanjali. Kleshas are negative mental states, or afflictions, that are said to be the root of sufferings.

The theory part of this session will be translated into Bahasa Indonesia.
