Yin Yoga and TCM – Organic Virtues
A virtue is trait or quality that is deemed to be morally good and thus is valued as foundation of principle and good moral being.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holds that each of the yin organs related to the five elements has its virtue.
In the series of practices, we will together discuss and contemplate virtues of each organs according to TCM. Practice comprises of mainly yin yoga meridian practice, combined with yang stretches/movement or qi gong, depending on the theme.
