Chakra Yoga Flow and Meditation



Chakra are the various focal points in the subtle body. It is used in a variety of ancient meditation practices, each of it corresponds to different element in our body which affecting our physical and psychological states accordingly.

7 main chakras in our body are

  • Root (mooladhara)
  • Sacral (svadisthana) 
  • Solar-plexus (manipura)
  • Heart (anahata)
  • Throat (visuddha)
  • Third-eye (ajna)
  • Crown (sahasrara)

Workshop Details

This workshop include an introductory point to chakra concepts and experience, also we will have meditation and series of flowing yoga asana session to activate your chakra. It’s suitable for all level practitioners.

Audrey Brault Deboudt

A passionate yogi with RYT in Hatha Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Audrey has been teaching yin yoga and gentle hatha with a kind heart and open mind. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner.

Siska Marsudhy

Siska Marsudhy is a home teacher at Kalyana. Her practice and teaching pivot around meditation and self awareness. She is trained in Classic Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
