Anatomy and Functional Approach
26-27-28 March / 9-10-11 April / 16-17-18 April 2021

In this 50 Hour Teacher Training, we will be learning the anatomy and functional approach to Yoga asanas, from Yin Yoga perspectives. This Teacher Training course is developed to shed a different light to both your teaching and personal practice.

We will also be learning 7 archetypal poses, 10 myofascial compartments and 14 skeletal segments.

The theory portion of this TTC will be translated into Bahasa Indonesia.

Session Details

Online Live Sessions (full attendance is mandatory)	2.00pm – 4.00pm : 1st session 4:00pm – 5:00pm : screen break 5:00pm – 6:00pm : 2nd session
Pre-Recorded Sessions	1 video per weekend, to be accessed at your convenient time, during the respective week.
Self Study	There will be readings and manuals for self-study, as well as assessment works to be submitted.

Normal: IDR 8,800,000
