About This Workshop
Our daily routines tends to make us have an auto pilot mode, everything passes by without us knowing what actually happening from moment to moment. Those routines becoming a habit, thus making us losing connection to our own body
In this workshop we will connect to ourselves, thru various Yin asana to feel what is happening inside, physically and emotionally.
Siska Marsudhy is a home teacher at Kalyana. Her practice and teaching pivot around meditation and self awareness. She is trained in Classic Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
