About Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow pace approach to yoga asana, allowing for mindfulness of body and breath to be fully integrated into the pose.
In this special class, we will practice sequence of yin and flowing asanas to boost digestion and release anxieties.

Siska Marsudhy is a home teacher at Kalyana. Her practice and teaching pivot around meditation and self awareness. She is trained in Classic Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
